Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Leadly collects through useleadly.com, how we use it and what your rights are. It follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

1. Who we are

Leadly builds and runs distribution and sales channels for companies. For anything related to your data, including reaching our data protection contact, email contato@useleadly.com.

2. What data we collect

3. How we use it

4. Legal bases

We process form data to respond to your request, as a step prior to a possible contract, and visit-source data based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs. Also on the basis of legitimate interest, we use browsing data and send your contact details to Meta in hashed form to measure the results of our advertising. You can object to this at any time. We always process data in a proportionate way.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Only the Leadly team and the providers that help us run and measure the site can access it:

6. Meta Pixel and ad measurement

The site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, the company that owns Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel is loaded through Google Tag Manager, stores cookies in your browser (such as _fbp) and sends Meta information about your visit: pages viewed, clicks on WhatsApp, when you start and submit the form, your IP address, and browser and device data.

When you submit the strategy call form, we also send Meta your contact details (name and WhatsApp number) in hashed form. Before they leave your browser, they are turned into an irreversible code (SHA-256) that cannot be read back into the original data. Meta uses this code to check whether the contact request came from someone who saw or clicked one of our ads. This is how we measure campaign results.

Meta processes this data under the Meta Privacy Policy. To limit this use, you can block or delete cookies in your browser and adjust your Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. You can also ask us not to use your data this way by emailing the address in section 9.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers, such as Meta and Google, operate servers outside Brazil. In those cases, transfers rely on the contractual safeguards they offer.

8. How long we keep it

We keep contact-request data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete it sooner, unless the law requires a longer period. Data received by Meta follows the retention periods in Meta’s own privacy policy.

9. Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you can ask us to:

Just email contato@useleadly.com. We reply within 15 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to contact requests is restricted to the Leadly team. No system is completely immune to failures; if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

11. Minors

The site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
